I was a nervous wreck with debts piling up after being made redundant. Stepchange was recommended by a family member and it was the best thing I ever did. They talked me through everything and set up a manageable payment scheme. Reviewed on: 19th May 2024

Help when at lowest ebb

We have nearly paid off our debts thanks to step change , without them I truly believe we would have been in a Much more terrible mess through redundancy , they listened I am eternally grateful , very trustworthy and deserve credit where due , Thankyou so much stepchange , Reviewed on: 9th July 2020

Step change is a brilliant charity. The people listen and are very helpful. I wouldn't be where I am today if I had all my debts. I will be debt free in a couple of year. I've got a bit of money in my bank now to get me the things I need. They always keep you updated. I've already recommended step change to some people.
