My husband was made redundant twice in two years!

My husband was made redundant twice in two years! The last time he was made redundant at the end of the month two days before payday and obvs no wages paid. It was a very stressful time we were depressed. I had two small children and it was also 9 months before our (unpaid) wedding. My parents told me about stepchange and along with their help an the help from my family we were able to come to an arrangement with creditors very quickly and I slept properly for the first time in weeks and when I woke I didn’t have that massive sinking feeling. No More Overwhelm

I can honestly say i was completely overwhelmed by my debts, but Step Change helped me manage my debts withinn my budget. They laid out a workable debt management plan and best of all contacted all my creditors to let them know of my payment plan which kept them from harrassing me constantly. Step change is an incredible company that came to my rescue during a tough time in my life. I was drowning in debt and under immense stress, but when I reached out to them, I was blown away by their efficiency and professionalism. They took my situation, explained everything clearly, and worked smoothly to manage all my debts. They slashed the interest rates and reduced my monthly payments to a manageable amount. StepChange changed my life.

StepChange changed my life from total despair to worry free living with regard to my debts. I have physical and mental health disabilities, without their help and support through the whole process I would not have been able to cope. StepChange managed every aspect of my debt situation and I would recommend anyone with debt issues get in touch with them as soon as possible rather than try to navigate the mine field themselves.
