It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. A great company with friendly staff.

When you are in financial 'mess', StepChange helped us out of it with no judgement, just straightforward questions to give you the best advice. And they go through all your debts, followed by your income and expenditure to give your creditors a fair and affordable solution. They also contact your creditors to try and stop any further interest being added. We've been with them for several years and find them great and friendly. Thank you StepChange.
