It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. When you find yourself in an awful, 'nowhere to turn' situation, I can't praise StepChange enough for the help they gave us, straight from the first contact. Peace of Mind

I had spoken to another debt management service and their fees were frightening. My sister recommended StepChange to me and it was an easy online application. I gave all the detailed relevant information and they came back with a plan for my situation. It has helped me reorganise my expenditure and taken away a huge amount of stress. I was desperate, actually suicidal.

I was desperate, actually suicidal. I couldn't believe i could be helped. Stepchange allowed me to have a night's sleep for the first time in years. I only wish I'd found them sooner. You made me realise I wasn't the only one in such a mess. Actually, there were many people in a much worse state than me. I will never be able to thank you enough.
