Less stress now.

My journey with Stepchange was fairly easy & i was able to speak with an advisor if I didnt understand anything. Im so glad I took the step to getting my financial affairs into perspective & not getting phone calls & letters from my debtors which was very worrying. They absolutely changed my life

Before I was told about step change or CCCS as it was, I was absolutely terrified of letters, phone calls or even a knock on the door. My neighbour told me about CCCS. They were absolutely brilliant, there was no judgement, just someone who was there to help. I cannot thank them enough,. Without sounding over dramatic, they do actually save lives. Getting Help when you Really need it ..

This was an immensely helpful set up when I first called StepChange. I didn’t know I could find a positive way out of debt, one that has ultimately helped me reconsider my relationship to money and fear, when through illness, I had no choice but to use credit.
