It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Due to major health issues for my wife and myself af...

Due to major health issues for my wife and myself after 40yrs of professional work and still trying to work with these issues for a further 2yrs, it became impossible to continue, so we were left with just state pensions, debt began to build up. Stress and sleepless nights became part of life. Contacting StepChange turned things around immediately. I have only found them extremely helpful and compassionate to the situation I have found myself in. I find them very diligent in maintaining contact with me via email to keep me up to date with how things are going and offer any needed advice when required. Have nothing but praise for them. It does take on occasions some time to contact them by phone, but of course when you understand that you are not the only individual going through the difficult issues, there are many many more people in a like position. Life changer stepchange.
