It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Help is out there.

I needed help to sort my debts which were growing and I was worried about how I was going to manage them. Then I thankfully came across Stepchange and from the very first phone call to them my worries were eased. It was difficult to admit that I had got my finances in a mess but I didn't feel that I was being judged or criticised, I was reassured that help was there and in a no fuss way I was given a repayment plan and a final date when my I would be free of my debts. Stepchange took over all the correspondence etc with my creditors and we set up one monthly direct debit payment. Stepchange continue to support me and are always there for me if I need them. I highly recommend Stepchange and I am so thankful that I went to them for help, the services that they supply are life changing.
