Step change has been very useful to me. They help with solutions you don't even know exist and they give all available options ensuring you make informed choices in how you deal with your debt issue. Working hours cut.

My hours were cut from full time to a few hours a week. I was really worried about paying my credit cards. From October 2022, after my partner died, I tried to keep paying my Credit Cards, and Loans, but it was to much for me to cope with as the income had dropped a great deal, so after watching Martin Lewis on tv I decided to go to StepChange online, I filled in the form, hiding nothing and within about a week I received an email saying my Debt Repayment Plan was all set up, it reduced my repayments by £377 a month, StepChange did all the negotiating with my 10 creditors too, my first re[ayment was in February 2023, I still have just over 5 years to go but I also have peace of mind and know I will repay every penny I used / borrowed so will also have a clear conscience as well when I’m done, I was reckless with money for sure and will NEVER apply for another Credit Card or Loan when I’ve cleared my current debts…thank you StepChange…Brian. I have been with you service for over seven years up...

I have been with you service for over seven years up to now the help and support and your advice are phenomenal. With out the StepChange Debt advice I would not know how to deal with my debt and the amount of stress I have experienced over the time was overwhelming and shameful.
