Take the step to change your life.

Everyone I spoke to were calm, understanding and reassuring - particularly appreciated as I was going through a major life event at the time. Every step was clearly explained and they have been on hand since to help with follow up queries and difficult problems. A Relief to have someone else deal with my creditors.

Difficult to get initial contact by phone, but once registered have been very helpful. Developing budget was useful & once payment plan set up, Creditors left me alone. A relief to see a plan in place & to see debt reducing all be it slowly Reviewed on: 28th May 2025

BEST THING I'VE EVER DONE

I was under water for years, robbing Peter to pay Paul when I seen a TV advert for Step Change. They didn't judge, just gave me advice and support and helped me deal with my financial situation. I'm now 3 months away from being debt free for the first time in 25 years! I can't tell you how that feels! Thank you Step Change - you really did save me life, and I only wish I had contacted you sooner. PLEASE make contact with them if you're struggling - best thing I ever done.
