Retaking control

You've come to the end of your tether, swamped by red letters and final notices. So phone StepChange - one of the best half hours of your life. They sort out what you spend on what, what you owe, what you can afford to pay back after allowances are made for the amount you need to live on. Then they sort out the repayments (through them) and companies listen to them whereas they wouldn't listen to you, because they have standing. And the best bit (apart from the relief of finally doing something positive about things) is that they're a charity and won't charge you a penny. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2017

Peace is one step away with step to change

I have felt supported, no shaming, blaming only individuals ready to help. Once you address your situation you are guided to pay as you can and not be scared anymore. This is the second time I have used the company previously when it was known as CCCS always had an excellent service very understanding and non judgemental plus now it can be done on line never had any problems satisfied customer would highly recommend to everyone experiencing debt problems and would always tell friends and family to use StepChange.
