Steps to mindful financial management

Step Change provided informative and easily accessible financial management support, at a time when I felt overwhelmed by debt and without any other alternative repayment options. Reviewed on: 9th June 2025

No Judgement.

Absolutely no judgement, really easy to talk to, and I hate talking about money with anyone. Change of circumstances due to The Pandemic all set up with ease. You do need to provide names and account numbers of each debt. They work out from your budget what is the maximum you can afford and share it amongst everyone you owe money to. I started in June 2020 and won’t finish paying everyone off until August 2027. Such a relief I would have struggled to do it by myself. They are AMAZING. Thank you. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

Peace of Mind

In a dark hole.

In a dark hole...lots of debt..could not see a way out? Rang stepchange and they gave me hope and eventually put me on DMP instead of maybe losing my house I now pay an affordable payment and no more horrible phone calls. Brilliant! Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

My Anxiety was through the roof ...

I panicked so much about the debt build up I had but stepchange made it simple for me and helped even when I struggled further they were so understanding and helpful and very friendly. Extremely patient with excellent P R Skills.

Extremely patient with excellent P R Skills. Put me to my ease and nothing was too much trouble. Very informative and went through everything to get me the best solution, of which I am extremely grateful. 1 have been with Stepchange for about 20 years on and off, I don't know where I would be without them.
