Several years ago we were in deep financial trouble.

Several years ago we were in deep financial trouble. Fortunately a friend suggested that we should contact StepChange and, after a successful application, we have never looked back. Several options were given and we chose a debt management plan as it best suited our circumstances. After this there were no more unpleasant phone calls, mail or callers at the door. Good advice was given when setting budgets throughout the plan and monthly payments were made throughout. Now nearing the end of plan, pleased to recommend to anyone with a similar problem in future. StepChange helped me to deal with my debts...

StepChange helped me to deal with debts that I could not service at the time I first contacted them in December 2021. They provided invaluable assistance in dealing with my creditors and subsequently helped me move into a Debt Management Plan so that I could repay what I owe over a time period that was acceptable to my creditors, who also agreed not to charge interest on the debt.
