The staff at StepChange are so busy and not always available right away. But when they come back or you can get through they are empathetic, honest and friendly. Absolutely brilliant customer service from start to...

Absolutely brilliant customer service from start to finish, expert advice when I was so low in my financial circumstances. I Didn't see a way out but after talking to them they gave me a few options then discussed the best of those options to me. Would highly recommend if you are going through financial difficulties.
