Thank you step change

I had debs of around £6000 and was struggling each month to make ends meet. I was borrowing money to pay debt and digging myself into a hole I struggled to get out of. Step change contacted my creditors and arranged an affordable combined monthly payment for myself. Without step change I don't know where is be today. Their customer service is second to none!

Always very professional over the phone and definitely show compassion to me on the occasions I’ve needed extra support. The wait times on the phone are also not as bad as I would expect.
