Louise was totally amazing !!

I just spoke to Louise today to change my direct debit date and she was very efficent and professional and actually went above and beyond to help me. She managed to revert my recent payment which has helped me massivly as I don't get paid for 6 weeks. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

StepChange have been brilliant, they've helped me see a way forward with managing my debts and I can see the end goal and it has been a huge weight off my mind. They are great to talk to, answer any questions I have thoroughly and kindly and without judgement and have been really good at talking to my creditors and offering advice on how to deal with them when needed. Step change really have changed my life. I was at a very dark point, with sleepless nights worrying about how I was going to battle this mountain of debt.
