Stepchange is life changing.

Stepchange is life changing. At the start i was worrying about debt and trying to balance all the creditors. I was in a really low place when i found stepchange and they helped me from start to finish, from sorting my budget to getting all my accounts connected. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone who is struggling with debt payments. Money problems can be very mentally exhausting but stepchange really give peace of mind. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

Excellent customer service and peace of mind

Starting the process of setting up a DMP was daunting, but I was helped every step of the way. Whenever I have called to discuss my account, the staff have always been friendly, warm and actually listen to you. My DMP has genuinely changed my life for the better. Life changing

Sorting my debts out with StepChange is the best thing I ever did and just wish I had done it sooner, all the worry I had before was gone and life was much easier.
