Step Change helped me to find peace of mind by helping me to deal with all my debts fairly and affordably. Extremely helpful team. No judgement and given realistic plan to sort my debt issues. They take care of everything and remove the stress of dealing with creditors. Online portal is helpful as it means you can go on and update your information when there are any changes. Also great to see the countdown of when you can expect to be 'debt free'. It's changed my life, for the better!

Before I found StepChange my debt was all over the place, as soon as I was paid it went out to pay for everything, never having anything for myself. StepChange helped me put things in order and manageable. And nearly 2.5 years later ( I finish it in Dec this year 2026) and I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel. And to finally have money in my pocket after payday, is something I haven't seen for many, many years. I will be eternally grateful to what StepChange has helped me with and I would highly recommend anybody in the same position to get in touch and ask for help, there is no shame. Thank you.
