Got so out of my depth in debt that I needed help and its an embarrassing thing to admit as a near 60 year old. I contacted StepChange and a weight has been lifted. They understood, listened, and most importantly didn't judge me but offered excellent practical advice. I now pay a manageable amount each month and will be debt free in 4 years. Easy to speak to and non judgemental

The advisors are easy to speak to and explain all of your options so that you understand. They are not judgemental at all. When I decided which option I thought may be best they explained how and why this may not be the best option in my circumstances and recommended a different one which turned out to be much better.
