Debt management plan

I contacted Stepchange when my families financial circumstances changed due to ill health. We were recommended a Debt Management Plan so I could prioritise my mortgage, utilities and food etc whilst my creditors received a monthly payment. I have been in my DMP since 2016 and am due to finish in 2025. Stepchange have been excellent throughout, their customer service is impartial, thoughtful and very much appreciated. StepChange have saved me!

StepChange have completely turned my life around. I couldn’t see a way out of the credit card debt I was in. Now I am on top of my payments and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel to finally clearing this debt. Without their assistance I just wouldn’t have known what to do. I went to lenders and my Bank for help, they dismissed me and made me feel embarrassed and like a fool. StepChange have supported me & helped me regain control of my finances.
