Amazing and reassuring

My initial call into StepChange, I was quite emotional and ashamed at how bad things had got. The call handler was amazing and so reassuring. Things were handled sensitively and the bombarding of letters stopped and I had time to breath. Reviewed on: 15th May 2024

Honestly, best phone call I ever made!

Step Change were recommended to me 9 years old and since making contact with them at that time I have never looked back. They have made all my debts hassle free. I pay them one affordable payment each month and they do the rest. Since setting up my plan I have referred a few friends to them also.
