I was in debts of around 27000 stepchange has worked with me to set up a manageable budget and contacted each debtor and sorted out a manageable payment plan with them. I was using GW Financial previously but found out they were charging me a extra 4000 on top of my debts, stepchange is free so saved me money as well. Now I'm in about 14000 with one company paid off and 9 to go but I can finally see the light at the end if the tunnel using stepchange, they are friendly, professional and put my mind at ease, I could not have done it without them and being suicidal over it. I was told to contact Stepchange and I immediately felt that I was rescued and had a team of people devoted to helping me. My biggest mistake was not contacting them earlier. They are angels. The helping hand you need

We all need a little in life. And sometimes that help lies in an understanding voice, a little clarity, a few options, and someone to lift the burden with you. All of those are things I found with StepChange. I'm five years into my debt management plan, and I know I couldn't have done this without them. Their work with my creditors, and access to their portal has brought control, peace of mind and a massive decline in my debt.
