It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Stepchange offer an amazing service.

Stepchange offer an amazing service. It was so straightforward to get started and the team explained everything so simply to me. All my options were laid out with time frames as well as outcomes after each option. Fabulous! My only issue, and it's something of nothing, was contacting via phone. Emails were fine, but the opening hours seemed to change and as someone who worked 9-5 it was often hard to get in touch with the wait times included. Over all though I would 100% recommend anyone who is struggling to get in touch and talk through their options. Reviewed on: 6th June 2025

They helped me get all my debts sorted into one manageable sum pretty quickly, They help you find the best solution for your situation, whether you need to use breathing space which gives you a legal break from your creditors for a set period of time while you get sorted!
