I am very happy with my experience with stepchange, my life has gone from stressful and not worth living to feeling manageable and feeling supported to keep on going. I am grateful for their support. They gave me all of the options I would be eligible for and let me choose the one that I thought would be best for me. They were understanding when I contacted customer support with nay queries or concerns. Back on track

Becoming a widow brought unexpected everything including debt! Stepchange helped me to stop the overwhelming stress and worry. They spoke to the credit card companies for me and arranged one easy affordable payment per month. Just Do It!

Excellent support and helped to reduce all anxiety around debt. They have helped organise payments and deal with several companies to manage the payments. I was super anxious about taking the first step to getting support but they took all the steps to help manage that via email. I didn’t even need to speak over the phone as it was all done online.
