We got ourselves into a dreadful debt situation & just by chance a work colleague mentioned they were with step change. It literally changed our lives, yes it’s hard work to pay back what u owe, but step change make u feel like it’s not all your fault & there is definitely light at the end of the debit tunnel. As long as u stick to the plan & are honest with your finances, step change will get u through. Forced to retire after Cancer diagnosis. M

Due to a cancer I was forced to finish work & retire on state pension only.This meant i had debts i couldn't meet. After talking with stepchange they gave me hope & after they had all the information suggested a DMP DEBT MANAGEMENT PLAN. debts are being paid off with payments that still allow us to still live. Review of payments being made as & when we felt we need them. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
