Don't despair, contact Step Change!

I was in the depths of despair before I contacted Step Change. Within days my life changed. A great burden was lifted off my shoulders, my depression went and I was able to live my life more or less normally. Reviewed on: 26th May 2025

Relief and help

I suddenly lost my job, and the bills and accounts did not go away. If I paid all my monthly bills there was no money, literally no money, for food. Step Change gave me clarity. A breathing space. Sign of relief at last.

I called step change after I overwhelmed with my debts through recommendation from online.
