I did not sleep at night.

When I first contacted Step change I did not sleep at night, worried myself, too many crazy thoughts, what was life all about. Credit cards were my down fall, a divorce, no work, no money , well live on credit cards. Spoke to Step change two phone calls, listened to them, started a repaymeny plan, and ever since still paying, but now sleep, answer the phone, live a normal life Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Debt management and mental wellbeing

I was getting deeper into debt problems which I had no way of sorting out. StepChange immediately arrested the worsening of the problem, took over communication with each creditor and supported me in making a realistic plan to clear all debts in two years.
