Years with StepChange and happier!

I have been on a DMP with StepChange for some years now and it has been the best thing I've ever done. I was in a place where I didn't know what to do and how to pay for my debts immediately, not knowing I could setup a DMP and pay my creditors with just one monthly payment. I have never had any issues with StepChange, payments have always been made to my creditors by them once I pay StepChange and anytime I have given them a call, they have reassured me and been so kind and helpful every single time. I have had times where i have cried to a staff member on the phone and I've never felt so safe in discussing my personal life. I do have quite a few years left rill I'm debt free but I'm so much happier knowing that I will be eventually even if it takes years. I would rather feel safe, reassured and relaxed knowing my debts can be paid off rather than panicking and being scared to answer my phone because of debt collectors and such.
