Room for improvement

Very goog experience but a few things can improve. If Step Change can help nagotiate an early settlement figure with the creditors, it would be good. We had to do this ourselves with little success as we were not experienced or good enough to. Also StepChanbge should try to calll us more on importance updates. The budget plan should be easier to use and van be quite daunting to use. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Took me from a very desperate situation five years a...

Took me from a very desperate situation five years ago to only being 5 months away from debt free. Genuinely saved my life and I cannot recommend these people enough-if you have any problem with debt it will be the best thing you ever did! No judgement, just helpful and reassuring. Lifesavers!

StepChange helped me see light at the end of the tunnel where previously there had been none. My debts had spiralled through my own stupidity and I couldn't see any clear way forward. The staff at StepChange were non-judgemental and helped me deliver a plan accepted by my creditors. Don’t be afraid to make that first call to stepchange

Step change helped me see the light at the end of a very dark tunnel. The relief I felt the day I picked up the phone was unbelievable. I dreaded making the call but it was single handedly the best decision I’ve ever made. I’ve still got a long way to go to be debt free but I can sleep easy again and don’t dread the front door knocking or the phone ringing. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
