I was scared, overwhelmed and had no idea where to turn with the situation I was in. I called and there was no judgment, they were so patient explaining my options and the impact it would have on my credit score etc. I felt listened to and was just so grateful. Every time I call to speak to someone they’re kind, patient and so friendly. I have now finished my DMP and they congratulated me and it was just lovely. Let stepchange change your life.

I was completely overwhelmed, felt like there was no way out, then someone recommended Stepchange. They completely changed my life. I have since recommended them to a family friend. Though there are lots of questions to answer and it seems a lot to do it is well worth the effort for the peace of mind. Professional and friendly help when needed most

When unexpected life events meant could no longer afford the debt levels I had, Stepchange were able to provide options, detail the ways forward and work with the creditors to ensure that things were as easy to sort out as they could be. This helped reduce stress and allowed me to concentrate on sorting out the issues that had caused the problem in the first place.
