Bringing light where there was only darkness

Stepchange have been amazing from start to finish, always helpful, when contacted they are always positive and supportive and always able to reassure us that we don’t need to worry as they deal with your creditors on your behalf. Step change have been fantastic from the very start...

Step change have been fantastic from the very start to now (nearly the end) I’ve never been judged once for what I got myself into, they’ve supported me and helped me get debt free! The help me set realistic repayments and took any stress away from dealing with the debt collectors/companies. So glad that I called step change and changed my finically situation around. Don't struggle ask for help

I had used StepChange to help me manage my overwhelming debts. I took a debt management they talked and arranged all the payments with my creditors. The process was simple and I would just need to make a annual review to ensure I was managing my budgeting and paying the correct amount to clear my debts. I started with just £8000 of debts and next month I will make my final payment and be debt free! Its taken me a good few years but I have got there and most importantly the stress and anxiety of juggling the debt before I took out the plan disappeared I didn't get any letters other than annual statements.
