Life changing support!

I can’t say enough good things about StepChange. I had got myself into a very scary place financially due to health issues and I felt completely trapped and couldn’t see a way out. Step Change from the very beginning were so empathetic and reassuring and have taken away so much stress that I didn’t even realise I was living with. Being able to pay one single payment a month instead of 9+ AND interest has been lifesaving! Every single representative that I have spoken with has been warm and knowledgeable and I always recommend their services to friends and family who are also struggling financially.
