It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. The whole process is as painless as possible and very simple to set up! Easy to manage your account, make revisions and stay on top of your payments. Step Change never show judgement, only support. They treat people like human beings with courtesy and respect, unlike many creditors who show no consideration for people. Took away my worries by dealing with my debtors and setting up an affordable monthly plan. Thanks to debt plan I now have payed my debtors and have just been accepted for a new credit card and am now able to save a little money each month. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025
