After everything spiralled out of control in 2019 and I realised I could no longer meet all my repayments I reached out to Stepchange. They put a debt management plan in place for me, it was easy to set up. They are really helpful and managing everything online is also so easy. I now have 3 more payments left and I truly couldn’t have done it without them. It took all the worry away. I was so worried about our debt but on contacting Step change within minutes I felt sheer relief. By the end of the phone call I had a clear picture of what my choices were. Upon selecting the most appropriate way forward Step change contacted creditors etc on our behalf. The advisors are so friendly and helpful and the whole process made simple with their guidance. I was in a really bad position financially which was causing me sleepless nights, nightmares, depression and anxiety. I didn't know what to do. A friend of mine suggested debt management but the idea of paying even more money out to someone to manage it was ridiculous to me. Luckily I found step change.
