Step change will help you.

I only have good things to say about step change. At a time when stress levels are high and you feel like your drowning! This service literally steps in and you will sought out your finances and create a plan! The pathway is clear and concise. There is no judgement only focus is on honest interaction about your finances and you have to face your reality and carefully go through your outgoings and income. The task is important part of journey to managing finances and making a plan .The staff are professional and offer practical advice and support. When I was at my lowest ebb, and struggling to cope after divorce, I honestly did not know where to turn. I was recommended to StepChange. They gave me advice, and help, but the fact that they did this with unlimited patience, understanding, and support. They also gave me the most precious thing of all. Hope. I have been using their services for a few years now, and am almost totally clear of debts. Absolutely amazing organisation, with the most amazing people! StepChange, simply amazing.

Quite simply put, without StepChange I would've been at rock bottom with no way up. They have a very simple but intuitive form to fill in with all your details, debts, etc and it's set up without any further input from yourself. Now instead of scraping pennies by at the end of the month, I make a reasonable payment to StepChange and even get to save a little money for any future problems. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
