Flawless, i honestly cannot find a flaw, opening the account was so easy, they offer many solutions and they sorted all the payments to debtors really quickly and with minimal fuss . If you miss a payment date they help you get back on track easily. Reviewed on: 27th May 2026

I was at rock bottom, and the people at StepChange were fantastic. They were so patient, and knowledgeable, and compassionate. They explained everything carefully and made sure I understood all the information.
