Stepchange helped me set up debt management plan online. It helped me to manage.my debits all held in one place. Easy to review and update if there.any changes to your income or.debt has.been.transferred. I can.also monitor how close I am to becoming debt free. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

Our mortgage doubled over night.

Our mortgage doubled over night. It utterly crippled us. We had debts that previously we could manage that became impossible. We didn’t know what to do. A friend recommended step change.
