It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. I contacted them because of health issues i had to give up work and it caused me a lot of stress as I had never missed any of my bills and i was very worried about it once i spoke to them they were so understanding and helpful it took the weight of my shoulders i really couldn't ask for anymore. Excellent service and advice I was given, regular follow ups to check everything was going OK. Felt reassured, all the paper work was carried out by them.
