Fantastic

I had been burying head in sand for a long time trying to avoid dealing with my debt . I contacted Step change and everything just fell into place and I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders . The relief when your corned by debts through a DMP is immeasurable

Much needed help, advice and support

When my situation reached a crisis point last year a creditor suggested I contact Step Change and enter into a Debt Management Plan. I did so and found the whole process very easy, mainly online. There is also a telephone number whenever I need on-the -spot advice. The advisors I have spoken to have all been helpful, supportive and most importantly, non-judgmental. A life saver

I can honestly say that Step Change saved my life. Drowning in debt and not knowing where to turn, I too the step to call them and it is one of the best things I ever did. A friendly, efficient and knowledgable lady took me through the process of setting up a Debt Management Plan and the rest..as they say..is history. Step Change take care of your creditors on your behalf which is great in itself as late payments often propagates threatening letters, calls from unpleasant individuals who turn every day into an utter nightmare.
