It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Pure angel's

At the start of our debt journey we were in absolute despair but things changed as soon as we picked up the phone and spoke to the very first advisor. She put our minds at rest straight away and gave us the strength and focus to begin our journey. Over the years all we have ever been is supported by all the staff we have been in contact with. very nervous and concerned..

At the time of contact we were very nervous and concerned about how we could deal with the situation we found ourselves in but once we made contact our minds were put at ease as there was a solution to our situation that would not see us penniless or worse homeless!
