Retaking control

You've come to the end of your tether, swamped by red letters and final notices. So phone StepChange - one of the best half hours of your life. They sort out what you spend on what, what you owe, what you can afford to pay back after allowances are made for the amount you need to live on. Then they sort out the repayments (through them) and companies listen to them whereas they wouldn't listen to you, because they have standing. And the best bit (apart from the relief of finally doing something positive about things) is that they're a charity and won't charge you a penny. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2017

When you have reached the end of the road

When you have reached the end of the road and you think there is no way out .........trust me or I should say trust step change . when i hit the wall i could not climb over step change stepped in and showed me the gate ..when i walked through i could have cried .....step change held my hand .no looking down on me ..no blame they just walked me through the stages with respect and from that day forward I have not looked back .....please for your sake .don`t give up ... there is a light at the end of the dark road your on ......I chose step change and it is one of the right things i have ever done ......you have nothing to lose and everything to gain in getting your life back on tract .....where you are now ... I cannot praise Stepchange too highly, from beginning to finding my debt solution they made everything straightforward and, in my eyes, simple.
