Enjoying planning for a new future

I have beed to other debt support before and they charged a fee. My debt was not really going down and creditors were calling and demanding more. Step Change totally different experience, no fees, can always call professional friendly staff. I had £24,000 debt but I will be debt free by November 2024, can’t thank them enough. I was not in a good place my debt was building I was advised to use step change to help me with my money worries…….i should have done its long time ago I’m all in order now and putting my health first as I’m not in good heal they did it step by step made it easy for me with my bad health so I felt less anxious ….anybody I say who needs financial help do it today and you will feel so much better the staff have all the time you need …do it don’t think about it ….thank you all staff at stepchange Reviewed on: 4th May 2024

StepChange are sympathetic to your needs

StepChange were very sympathetic to my needs and guided me constructively through the minefield that is debt management. They do exactly what they say they are going to do....they contacted my creditors, sent letters and spreadsheets of my current financial situation and also updated whrn creditors passed the debt to another company. All the creditors, when I have called them, confirmed a plan was in place with StepChange and that they were happy with the arrangement and, they too, were also sympathetic to my situation.
