Understanding but not patronising

Listened without judgement.

Listened without judgement. Offered an affordable plan, quickly and efficiently. No question sounded too silly for them and answered them all and explained things in full detail. I had to call a few times after plan was set up and didn’t have to hold on too long for call to be answered. The website has lots of information and is easy to use. Reviewed on: 27th May 2026

They really understood my anxiety with all this as I just cannot do things for myself anymore. Stepchange gave me advice and support with managing my debts at a time when I was really struggling with anxiety and couldn’t see a way out.
