Contacted Stepchange with my issues, over the phone customer service were excellent and the app is fairly straightforward, if you struggle with this type of thing just ring them and they will go through the steps with you great charity and keep you informed on a monthly basis where you are with your arrangement and are there (set times) for all your questions great service and feel much better for it, please don't hesitate to use this service they are a brilliant set up. My experience with Stepchange really helped turn my life around. They drew up a debt management plan with me that really helped my financial situation. Getting a DMP is the best thing I've ever done

Getting a DMP is probably the best thing I've ever done. Although you're pretty much giving up your credit score for a few years, the alternative for me was drowning in interest with no sight of a way out. A DMP allowed me to stop the bleeding and start my journey to becoming debt free. I'll be debt free at the end of this year and I can't wait to finally start again! Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
