Stepchange have been amazing from my first contact with them and ever since. I thought that i had nowhere to turn and that nobody could help, but because of Stepchange I am now nearly debt free and they have helped to take away all those problems, worries etc, etc, that I thought would never end. I got myself into a mess and didn’t know where to turn. I got advised to speak to stepchange and the lady I spoke to was so nice very kind and helped me with a debt management plan. I didn’t know what it was as I’ve never had to do anything like this before and I felt very embarrassed. She made me feel at ease and made me feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel. The service was free. I’m able to pay back every Penny and have no interest charges. My debt is manageable again. Everything was explained really clearly from the beginning including the consequences or advantages of each option for future debt management. I didn’t feel like I was being judged and the staff are really friendly. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
