Saved my life

Was in a significant amount of debt due to several redundancies, but still tried to maintain same lifestyle with young children. Was recommended to Stepchange (initially CCCS) by National Debtline. They helped straight away, assisting with aggressive creditors, explaining step by step what our plan was, changes we needed to make. They never judged us at all, which made us feel at ease. Could not ask for more

To say StepChange have saved my life would be an understatement. I cannot praise the company enough for all that they have done for me. Whenever I speak to someone on the phone, they never sound judgmental and always want to help you in the best possible way. The whole process is easy and if you ever have any doubts, they never fail to give you peace of mind. StepChange have helped my mental state so much by taking care of everything and I’m really happy with how they handle things. Very helpful and recommended to anyone who needs advice

Stepchange took the pressure of me immensely

I was so overwhelmed by my debts robbing Peter to pay Paul. I just couldn’t carry on. I cried phoning stepchange but straight away I was listened too, understood and not judged.
