Peace of mind

Step change have helped me so much in managing my debts in a highly professional and friendly way . I don’t think I could have survived without their help and advise . Quality and reassuring service every step of the way

You approach a company like step change because you are in trouble, and you need help. It is always a nerve wracking process. You are scared you will be judged or the person on the other end of the phone won't care. But the team at StepChange just put you at ease and make everything so easy. Their website and tools are so easy to use, and I now anytime someone tells me they have debt problems, "StepChange" is always the first thing to come out of my mouth. Responses are quick and timely; advice is perfect for my situation

I had to stop work unexpectedly in order to care for my wife full time. This left me with a lot of debt on credit cards and loans. Help when I felt alone

Following maternity leave I was feeling overwhelmed with debt repayments due to reduced wages, step change gave me support and advise and helped me create a plan of debt management before it became too difficult to manage and I can’t thank them enough for the non judgemental support I received from step change !!
