It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Keeping in control

When my husband passed away unexpectedly I got in touch with StepChange because I didn’t know how I was going to sort out my finances. I couldn’t see a way of paying off all the debt we had. They took time to go over everything and worked out the best possible solution for myself. It’s like a weight is lifted off my shoulders.
