wonderful understanding staff

During a period of extreme anxiety due to mounting Legal bills I found myself between a rock and a very hard place. Not knowing where to turn a friend recommended StepChange. They were completely understanding of my situation. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Best choice I ever made calling StepChange

I had never heard of StepChange until Citizens Advice recommended them. So happy I called them, they talked me through my options & we came up with a Deft Management plan that I am able to meet each month. I won’t be debt free until 2028 but at least after years of not sleeping due to the worry I now sleep soundly. Highly recommended, extremely helpful & very friendly!!!! Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

The best thing I ever did

I had almost £20k of unsecured debt. I was barely able to make the minimum payments. Stepchange spoke with my creditors and arranged a manageable monthly payment. The relief was incredible. I felt like I had my life back. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
