Friendly, helpful staff offering competitive savings options

We have both held savings accounts with Suffolk Building Society for many years. We have appreciated the support and kindness from the staff when setting up our accounts and giving us updated information. Always helpful

I’ve had a regular savings account for over 10 years and found the local branches to be easy to access and staff are helpful. I just wish I could do it all online though, need to get up to date with technology SBS! Reviewed on: 7th February 2023

Friendly local service that's second to none!

I started saving with the Suffolk Building Society when I first moved to East Anglia and I have never looked back! Very good customer service, some decent rates
