Efficiently and smooth setting up of isa account.

My initial phone enquiry was answered immediately and positively with an offer to send me their application pack for a fixed rate isa. On returning the form by post I got a quick reply that my isa transfer-in request would be actioned as soon as possible on my chosen date. This process happened exactly as I hoped, with a confirmation letter and passbook received by post soon afterwards Reviewed on: 13th June 2025
