Very helpful staff

Easy to book appointment and always very helpful staff in branch. Not always the best interest rates but local and nice to be able to speak to a person. It would be handy to be able to do more banking online. Looks like this is now progressing but as I have a child’s account and joint account I still can’t access information that would be very helpful see online at a quick glance. Trust and Reward

I have my ISA savings with Suffolk Building Society, giving a good solid return. More importantly it is one of the few organisations my wife and I as grandparents can set up trustee accounts in our name for our youngest two grandchildren and put occasional cash into to build them a little nest egg for their futures, that does not effect their parents or eventually the parents tax position. The Suffolk branch being close to our home is a pure bonus. We trust the Suffolk to be prudent in its operations and to continue steadily to return sound interest rates on all our savings with them.
